Instructions: 

  1. Specify if you want the image colored or not.  Color cost is $6.00
  2. Enter each line of text on a separate field.  Use the sample shown to give you ideas.
  3. If you want any line in all caps, PLEASE ENTER IT THAT WAY.
  4. Do you want an ornamental dividier as shown on the sample?    If so, please enter 'ornament' in the row that you want it used.
  5. Up to 11 rows can be shown. 
  6. Maximum of 40 total characters (does not include spaces or the ornamental divider) at no additional cost.  Additional characters are $0.08 each.
