PROJECT POSTER NETWORKING SHOWCASEThis showcase is an opportunity to highlight your team's accomplishments, exchange ideas with healthcare quality professionals from across Arizona, celebrate successful initiatives, and earn recognition for the meaningful work happening within your organization.

We welcome projects focused on quality improvement, patient safety, operational excellence, performance improvement, or any healthcare-related initiative. Please feel free to share this opportunity with work leaders and team members who may be interested in highlighting their efforts and accomplishments.

Presentation Goal: Demonstrate practical ways AI and automation can reduce administrative burden, improve efficiency, and allow quality professionals to focus on improvement work rather than manual tasks.

Poster Guidelines

No formal poster template is required. Simply present your project on a single poster board in a clear, cohesive format.

Your poster may include:

  • Project team members and their roles
  • Problem statement and project objectives
  • Baseline data and project outcomes
  • Balancing measures
  • Improvement tools (such as Fishbone Diagrams, 5 Whys, Impact/Effort Matrix, Process Maps, or PDSA cycles)
  • Key lessons learned, challenges, and successes

Whether your project is complete or still in progress, we'd love to see the innovative work your team is doing. Your experience could inspire others, spark new ideas, and promote best practices across our healthcare community.
