DESCRIPTION:

Join us on a journey to explore healthcare quality storytelling through data! Data storytelling is integral to communicating to our committees, patients, stakeholders, boards, funders, and government entities. It can increase the impact of the data we gather and analyze to make it more useful in evoking change and spurring efforts to increase quality. We welcome you to journey with us as we hear insights and perspectives from individuals who work for the Mayo Clinic, Optum Behavioral Health Solutions, Foundation for Healthcare Quality, with healthcare quality professionals who have earned the CPHQ credential.   

 

OBJECTIVES: 

  1. Discuss how patient safety is evolving and how transparency and compassion make a difference in outcomes
  2. Define examples data storytelling in action and learn methods for meaningful presentation
  3. Explore the processes used to develop care outcomes
  4. Learn from a panel of healthcare quality professionals with different paths on their healthcare journeys towards meaningful impacts

Attendance is monitored throughout the Zoom event using the 'Participant' list.  Each attendee must be signed into the virtual event with the same full name used for registration (not a family member's name or anick name or just a phone number).
