This webinar examines the necessary characteristics of effective leadership in healthcare, various training models for leadership development, methods for identifying key stakeholders needed to create and sustain quality improvement & patient safety programs, the effectiveness of the Thomas Jefferson University’s QIPS Leadership model of training, and opportunities for participants to adopt training models for their own organizations.

  4. analyze the QIPS (quality improvement and patient safety) leadership model of training
  5. create a model of training to use in their organization
