DESCRIPTION: This session describes the evolution of the Safe Choices program, an educational initiative that helps team members understand how behavioral choices, organizational systems, and workplace conditions influence patient safety outcomes. Participants will explore Just Culture principles through case examples that distinguish human error, at-risk behavior, and reckless behavior while recognizing the impact of system factors.
