DESCRIPTION: Turn strategy into daily action. This webinar will focus on the strategy deployment roadmap and leadership engagement involving small-scale improvement efforts. Explore small deep dives, PDCA’s, Just-Do-It’s, Just-Stop-It’s, and Improvement Huddles as methods to Continuous Daily.
