This session will highlight how equity is embedded into organizational strategy. This session will feature a focused case study on colorectal cancer (CRC) screenings, showcasing how disparities were identified, strategies were implemented, and measurable progress was achieved. This program is ideal for professionals interested in practical, scalable approaches to advancing health equity within healthcare systems.
